Factory Outlet and Pre-Loved Frog Bikes
We are pleased to be able to offer an alternative route to becoming a Frog owner. Both our Factory in Wales and many of our stockists offer pre-loved or slightly imperfect Frog Bikes at a reduced cost.
Our Factory Outlet and Pre-Loved models are currently only available to individual consumers in the UK. If you place an order for one of these models for delivery outside of the UK your order will sadly not be fulfilled.
Factory Outlet Bikes Direct From Frog
Ex-demo and refurbished bikes are offered directly from our factory in Wales
The bikes in our Factory Outlet are categorised using the following criteria:
| GRADE | CRITERIA |
|---|---|
| 1 | Not available for resale - These bikes are often donated to charity |
| 2 | Heavily enjoyed - There will likely be scratches and cosmetic flaws on the frame or components. There will be signs of heavy use |
| 3 | Used condition - There may be scratches and cosmetic imperfections on the frame/components. The bike has been ridden and signs of use will be evident |
| 4 | Good condition - One or two small imperfections will be evident; the majority of the frame and components will be unblemished |
| 5 | Good As New - A small blemish or decal imperfection may be present on the frame. Often unridden and simply returned due to cosmetic issues occuring in transit |
They will be fully built, quality checked and shipped directly from our factory in Wales, straight to your front door.
You will receieve our standard 2 year warranty with a Factory Outlet bike purchased directly from Frog Bikes.

They are fully serviced in store, ready to be hopped on and enjoyed by another young rider. Please be aware the warranty is not transferable from the original owner to the new owner.
